Uneven edges/lippage = grinding. If floor is flat but dull/scratched, honing + polish is enough.
Will etch marks & stains go?
Etches & most stains go during honing. Deep rust/oil may need poultice.
How long does it take?
Small flats: ~1 day; average villas: 1–2 days; large/commercial: phased zones.
Is it dusty?
